They are Feast ON Certified, which means they support local economy and Ontario farmers by committing to source local ingredients and support local shop owners.

Family owned and operated, The Kotsovos Family have committed to making environmentally friendly changes in their restaurant such as;

Composting 20,000 Litres of vegetable scraps
Installing bike racks in 2012
Offering vegetarian dishes and vegan dishes – they are happy to discuss and attempt to accommodate any dietary needs you have
Offering biodegradable straws
