About the Opportunity:

The Green Acts Membership Sales Lead will focus on closing membership sales through e-mail, phone calls, zoom calls, and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn Twitter). Your goal will be to strategically generate a high volume of new leads, prospect for new members, and grow out membership program by closing deals.

You will also work closely with our CEO to provide input about our Green Acts Membership Program and our Membership Sales strategy.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Green Act Membership Sales
    • Through e-mail, phone, social media, SMS text and zoom meetings
    • Prospecting new leads
    • Upselling – converting existing members to higher levels of membership
    • Strategic lead generation, follow-ups,
  • HubSpot Customer Relation Management Knowledge
  • Strong personal interest and commitment to Random Acts of Green’s environmental mission and vision
  • Outgoing and able to approach the public in discussions about Random Acts of Green’s membership program
  • Adaptable / sales strategy oriented
  • Very quick learner

Education & Experience:

  • 3 years of sales experience + background
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM, Database searches, Hunter.io, Rocket Reach, LinkedIn Professional, Social Media Sales
  • Proven track record exceeding Sales Quotas
  • Public speaking certificate considered an asset
  • A/B.S University degree with a concentration in environmental studies, marketing, promotions, sales, or business administration preferred

Job Details:

  • Base Salary: $35,000 + Sales Commission – compensation to be discussed after 3 month probation
  • Location: Remote in Ontario
