Job Duties:

Customer Experience Management

  • Customer Service
    • Inbox management & organization
    • Phone calls / Texting
    • Onboarding new customers
    • Editing / written communications (e-mails, style, grammar, spelling, etc.)
    • Social media content creation
    • Writing blogs on our website
    • Webinar design & support – digital events coordination
    • Comfortable hosting meetings with customers online over Zoom
    • Newsletter creation
    • Sourcing new promotional content for members / crafting content posts
    • Image editing
    • Updating website directory
    • Updating App Vendor Catalogue
    • Building HubSpot Sequences & Workflows
    • Responding to customers in a timely fashion
  • Green Act Member Relationship Management
    • Maintaining strong positive relationship with current clients
      • Preparing monthly e-mail newsletters
      • Monthly contact with current clients

Customer Satisfaction Management

  • Ask for feedback and keep customers happy
  • Develop Value E-mail Templates, following company protocol
  • Green Act Program Feedback
    • Administer Member feedback calls and surveys
      • Design feedback survey questions
      • Make feedback calls
      • Analyze feedback
      • Make recommendations about Green Act Membership Program
        • Refining current membership structure
        • Improve current membership benefits through new ideas and suggestion

 Green Act Member Database Management  

  • Processing of payments
    • Up-keeping client records and data
  • Database maintenance
    • Enter new members into client log
    • Update client log as needed
    • Attention to detail – keeping up-to-date customer records
    • Develops organizational systems to maintain member base

Profile:

Required Qualifications  

  • Proven track record in successfully managing customer experience & processes
  • Relevant Job Experience
  • Completed College or University Degree in a related discipline (Business, Social Innovation, or Environmental Studies)

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Keen attention to detail
  • Can organize tasks & deliverables
  • Quick learner
  • Excellent understanding of developing customer relationships
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Excellent knowledge of online tools, like:

Compensation

 

$18.00 per hour FULL-TIME, 35 hours per week

Wage to be discussed after probation period

Requirements:

  • As a remote employee, you shall be responsible for providing your own computer, your own cell phone, and WIFI
  • Must have vehicle access & Driver’s License
